Jeevan Roshni is a secular, charitable trust founded on August 22, 2001, with the objective of providing shelter, support and education for the unfortunate women and children from below poverty line families.
OUR WORK
We give love and care for the residents of Roshini Home and make them feel wanted. We personally share and care for them with a homely atmosphere. We also endeavour to nurture the children with a good value system, education and discipline.
OUR NEED
We desire to win your heart to help the children and women in our care and to encourage us to continue our service, by providing us with your support. We seek your assistance to share the memorable days in your life by providing food for a whole day.
HOW CAN YOU HELP?
Show that you can make a difference to the lives of the less fortunate children by agreeing to sponsor food for a whole day. Our target is to get 365 supporters to provide us food for a whole year. You can sponsor food on the birthdays, wedding anniversaries or other special days to remember a loved one who is no longer with you.
THE COST
To help us serve breakfast, lunch, snacks and supper for a whole day, the sponsorship amount is Rs. 1,500/- You could make your donation by crossed cheque favouring Jeevan Roshini Charitable Trust. Your donations are eligible for deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act.

ROSHINI HOME
a home for children
Roshini is ‘light’. Light shows us things as they are in their true colours, shape and size. If there were no light, we cannot see and therefore we would not be able to enjoy all the things that are bright and beautiful.

Children also light up our lives. They deserve our love and affection. Most children have loving parents and families that attend to all their needs and take good care of them. But there are many unfortunate children who do not have such good fortune and suffer silently for no fault of theirs.

It is for such children that ‘Roshini’ has been established. We have started this home for children in a very small way and plan to grow over the years. At present we have a limited capacity of 40 children, but PLAN TO increase our intake progressively to 50 children.
We welcome you to join us in this effort and bring joy to the children. You will be rewarded with the smiles of all the children.
